Team Fees

Costs are per coach, player and per parent / accompanying adult. Payment will taken in 4 payments. First deposit of 30% due on Nov 3, Second payment of 20% due on Dec 15, Third payment of 25% due on Jan 15 and, Fourth payment (last) of 25% due on Feb 15.

As the official representative and coach of the team listed above, I confirm that I have obtained written consent from the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of each participating player. By signing below, I agree to the following terms on their behalf:

Parental Consent Secured
I confirm that I have obtained written permission from each player's parent or guardian for their child to participate in the tournament and all related activities.

Medical Authorization
I am authorized to act on behalf of the parents/guardians in the event of a medical emergency. I will ensure that appropriate medical attention is sought and that the parents/guardians are informed as soon as possible.

Travel & Accommodation Approval
I confirm that parents/guardians have consented to their child's travel (including international travel) and approved the accommodation and supervision arrangements made by the team and/or tournament organizers.

Acknowledgment of Risk
I confirm that parents/guardians understand the risks involved in youth sports and have agreed not to hold the tournament organizers, sponsors, or affiliated personnel responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur.

Code of Conduct Agreement
All players and parents/guardians have been informed of the expected behavior and tournament rules. They understand that failure to comply may result in disciplinary action or removal from the tournament.

Media Consent
I confirm that media release consent has been obtained from each parent/guardian, allowing the tournament to use images or videos of their child for promotional and media purposes.

Insurance Verification
I confirm that each player is covered by valid medical and travel insurance suitable for international youth sports participation.

Data Privacy Compliance
I acknowledge that all collected player information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for tournament-related purposes.
